MRCX Studio ("we", "us", or "our") operates the mobile game Download Empire.
This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected when you use Download Empire, why it may be collected, how it may be used, and the choices available to you.
Download Empire does not require you to create an account.

Game progress and settings are stored locally on your device unless otherwise stated in a future version of the game.

If you select Ask App Not to Track, the game will continue to function and rewarded advertisements may still be available.

Game save data stored locally remains on your device until it is deleted by the game, operating system, or by uninstalling the application.
